Our unique industry leading 3-Step Design Process:

Design Meeting: We start by identifying and analyzing your needs and goals; assessing the existing environment; and evaluating project resources and limitations. In this phase of the Design Process, we will perform the following:

• Detailed Questionnaire to determine your design preferences and requirements.

• Provide a design study to determine your material finish preferences to include fixtures, textiles, accessories, color palettes, interior finishes, wall coverings, and building materials.

Material Specification: Fixtures, textiles, accessories, and building materials are an integral part of the design process. We will assist you in finding the appropriate pieces and selecting textiles and finishes that compliment the overall design concept.

Conceptual Drawings: We will provide conceptual drawings, CAD diagrams, or other illustrations to show the suggested interior design concepts. In this phase of the Design Process, we will perform the following:

• Prepare AutoCAD layout showing location of walls, doors, and windows.

• Prepare AutoCAD layout showing lighting, electrical, plumbing, and tile designs.

• Prepare plans for recommended cabinet work, interior built-ins and other interior decorative details.

• Prepare renderings of the proposed design concept.
